Prize Delivery
Brick Jackpot operates UK prize draws, not a traditional online shop.
Prizes are delivered only to confirmed winners after a prize draw has closed.
How Prizes Are Delivered
Prize delivery depends on the type of prize won:
LEGO® Sets
- LEGO sets are delivered directly to the winner’s UK address
- Delivery is arranged after the winner has confirmed their details
- Delivery times may vary depending on availability
LEGO Gift Cards
- Where a prize is fulfilled as LEGO gift cards, this will be sent digitally
- Full details will be provided to the winner
Delivery Timeframes
- Winners are contacted within 7 days of a prize draw closing
- Once winner details are confirmed, prizes are typically delivered within 7-14 days
- In some cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to supplier availability or logistics
We will always keep winners informed if there are any delays.
Delivery Costs
- Delivery costs are fully covered by Brick Jackpot
- Winners will never be asked to pay for delivery
UK Delivery Only
- Prizes are delivered to UK addresses only
- Brick Jackpot does not ship prizes internationally
Failed or Returned Deliveries
If a prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details:
- we will attempt to contact the winner to resolve the issue
- repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner selected, in line with our Terms & Conditions
Important Information
- Prizes are non-transferable
- No cash alternatives are offered
- Delivery applies to prizes only, not prize draw entries
