Prize Draw Entries
- Paid entries into Brick Jackpot prize draws are non-refundable once entered.
- This is because each entry is tied to a specific prize draw with a limited number of entries.
When Refunds May Be Issued
Refunds will only be issued if:
- a prize draw is cancelled, or
- Brick Jackpot elects to close a prize draw and refund entries in line with our Terms & Conditions.
Where a refund is issued, it will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Free Entries
Free postal entries do not involve payment and therefore are not subject to refunds.
Errors or Issues
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have experienced a technical issue, please contact us here and we will review the matter.
