1. Promoter
The promoter of these prize draws is Brick Jackpot (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating in the United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility
- Prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- Employees, agents, or anyone professionally connected with Brick Jackpot are not eligible to enter.
- Proof of age and identity may be required.
3. How to Enter (Paid Entry)
- Entry to each prize draw is available by purchasing an entry via the Brick Jackpot website.
- Each purchased entry represents one entry into the selected prize draw.
- Multiple entries may be purchased unless otherwise stated.
- Entry prices vary depending on the prize draw and are clearly displayed on each prize draw page.
4. Free Postal Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
Free entry is available to all eligible participants and does not require a purchase.
To enter for free, send a postcard or letter containing:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your telephone number
- The name of the prize draw you wish to enter

- Only one free entry per person, per prize draw is permitted.
- Free entries must be received before the prize draw sells out.
- Free entries are entered into the draw on equal terms with paid entries.
- No confirmation of receipt will be provided for postal entries.
5. Entry Limits & Closing
- Each prize draw has a maximum number of entries available, which is clearly stated on the prize draw page.
- Prize draws close automatically when all entries are sold or allocated.
- If a prize draw does not sell out within 6 weeks of launch, Brick Jackpot reserves the right to: close the prize draw and either issue refunds or roll entries into an alternative prize draw of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection & Draw
- Winners are selected at random from all valid entries received (paid and free).
- Draws will take place within 7 days of the prize draw closing.
- The draw process is final and binding.
7. Prizes
- Prize details are clearly listed on each prize draw page.
- Where a prize is stated as a monetary value, it will be fulfilled as a LEGO® gift card.
- Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives are offered.
- Brick Jackpot reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require it.
8. Winner Notification
- Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at entry.
- Winners must respond within 14 days to confirm acceptance.
- If a winner does not respond or cannot be contacted, Brick Jackpot reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
9. Charity Contribution
- 10% of net profits from each prize draw will be donated to Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity.
- Net profit is calculated after reasonable operating costs have been deducted from total entry revenue.
- Donation confirmation may be shared publicly after the prize draw closes.
10. Refunds
Paid entries are non-refundable once entered, except where:
- a prize draw is cancelled, or
- Brick Jackpot elects to refund entries under Section 5.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
11. Data Protection
- Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of administering prize draws and contacting winners.
- Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We will not sell or misuse entrant data.
12. Limitation of Liability
- Brick Jackpot accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical or postal issues.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the entry purchased.
- Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
13. General
- Brick Jackpot reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
